Gently close your eyes. Step 2: Begin taking fast breaths that do not follow any fixed pattern. This is known as chaotic breathing. Do this for 5 minutes. Step 3: Now, stop the chaotic breathing and begin deep breathing. Inhale fully and exhale completely. Continue deep breathing for 5 minutes.
