Pea And Mint Soup

- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 4 tbsp basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 4 tsp olive oil

Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add mint and basil leaves. Mix properly.
- Let it cook for two minutes.
- Add green peas and vegetable broth. Give it a little stir. Let it simmer for fifteen minutes.
- Blend the soup and then add cream in it.
- Season this with salt and pepper.
