United Kingdom Dharmayatra 2023 View Photos Pujya Gurudevshri’s overflowing compassion touched numerous aspirants as He embarked on a six-day dharmayatra to the United Kingdom (UK) from the 27th of September till the 2nd of October. In the vibrant city of Manchester, Pujya Gurudevshri was welcomed with elated hearts by His privileged hosts Bharat – Sonal Mehta and Rajesh – Manjari Patel. A congregation of seekers at the Jain Community Centre keenly listened to the profound wisdom that Pujya Gurudevshri imparted during His discourse. With great depth and clarity, He elucidated on the fundamentals of spirituality, touching the very essence of their souls. Throughout the visit, the Master’s boundless love flowed freely, showering seekers with benevolent blessings through sacred padhramanis. Pious pratishthas not only consecrated the Lord within their homes but also kindled a divine spark within devotees Siddharth – Dhara Desai, Ravi – Falguni Shah, Nilesh – Mina Popat; inspiring them to stay connected to the Lord. The zenith of the dharmayatra manifested on the sacred Sunday of October 1st, as a grand procession paved the way for the consecration ceremony of Param Krupalu Dev’s pratimaji, lovingly performed by Pujya Gurudevshri at the Jain Samaj of Manchester. The pratishtha, set amidst a backdrop of ecstatic nrutya bhakti, reached its pinnacle with a devout arti. This exuberant celebration not only heightened the spiritual atmosphere but also fostered a deeper connection with the Divine, filling hearts with boundless joy. Pujya Gurudevshri orchestrated a transformational experience through a two-day retreat in Blackburn, on the outskirts of Manchester. Seekers from across Europe took the opportunity of elevating themselves through the retreat. His enlightening discourses revealed hidden spiritual treasures. The aspirants received pristine clarity about the path of liberation and the impediments to treading on it. Devotees also came a step closer to their true selves through a meditative experience. During the retreat, seekers created a shrine of Param Krupalu Dev, developing a sacred space for all to come together for worship. Also, they lovingly folded 1,008 Origami cranes – a Japanese symbol of loyalty and longevity – praying for Pujya Gurudevshri’s health and long life. During the evening program, devotees organised celebrations of Pujya Gurudevshri’s birthday. Giving voice to their feelings, devotees expressed their immense gratitude towards the Master’s ever-flowing grace. Dedications in the form of bhakti and dances ensued. On this occasion, Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care extended the wings of compassion by contributing to the well-being of various forms of life. Donation of over 1,900 packs of essentials and over 1,300 meals to the homeless, provision of hundreds of kilograms of non-perishable items to local food banks, distribution of 450 kilograms of birdfeed, support to blood donation drives and activities with refugee children were undertaken. The rising sun witnessed Pujya Gurudevshri leading a Fitness Fiesta with Barfi Bootcamp. A rejuvenating Yoga session, guiding aspirants in nurturing their physical well-being, too was organised. The evening witnessed devotees from Manchester, Leicester and London perform skits expressing indebtedness towards their Master, the epitome of devotion. They poured their heart into conveying moving messages which not only displayed their grasp of Pujya Gurudevshri’s teachings but also portrayed the significance this wisdom had in their lives.
