Connect with your Sadguru and strengthen your bond with Him through this inspirational exercise

Step 1

Find a suitable spot and sit comfortably. Silently pray to your Sadguru and invite Him to join you in your meditation. Although you may have felt disconnected at times, remember that the Sadguru is all loving and all compassionate and by calling for Him, you will receive His assistance.

Step 2

Share your spiritual journey with your Sadguru without holding anything back. Humbly ask that your relationship be strengthened. Seek His guidance to increase your connection.

Step 3

Open your heart to the idea of communing with Him. Sit quietly and allow this to happen. Feel the peace and joy that come from a deep communion with Him. Resolve to carry this feeling with you into your daily life.

Step 4

Allow the meditation to end by thanking Him from the depths of your heart.

Cherish the after-effects of this profound connection as it seeps into every interaction and every aspect of your life thereafter.
