- Visitors may view Pujya Gurudevshri’s discourses, various mission activities and participate in meditation sessions. They may also avail the benefit of guided ashram tours.
Stay facilities for participating in Ashram Programmes
- The Ashram offers simple accommodation in a serene setting, perfectly conducive to spiritual growth and self-transformation. There are several stay facilities for programme participants; the options allow selection based on budget and convenience. These stay facilities are available for programme participants only.
- You will need to submit an online application and choose your preferred room type.
- You will receive a payment link via email when your application is confirmed, which will be valid for 48 hours.
- Payment must be completed within this time frame and before 12 pm on the date of arrival; otherwise, the application will be cancelled.

- Reservations are non-transferable. Check-in by the primary applicant with a valid photo ID is mandatory. For multi-room reservations, a valid photo ID is also required from one occupant of each additional room. If the reservation includes shared rooms or dormitory stay, a valid photo ID will be required from each seeker.
- The accepted forms of photo ID are Aadhaar, driving licence, and passport.
- For a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, please reserve the previous night or an additional night, as applicable.
- Early check-in requests made upon arrival are accommodated subject to room availability.
- Before 6 am: Full night’s stay
- 6 am – 10 am: 50% of one night’s stay
- 10 am – 12 pm: Complimentary
- Late check-out requests made on the departure date are accommodated subject to room availability.
- 10 am – 12 pm: 30% of one night’s stay

- The management reserves the right to waive or modify charges at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Internal Transportation
- Transport within the Ashram is complimentary in the stay charges for participating in Ashram programme.
Cancellation and Refund
- To cancel your stay at the Ashram, please use the link provided in your stay or payment confirmation email.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through this link only.
- No refund will be issued if you request cancellation after your check-in time (i.e., after 12 pm on the check-in date).
- A 10% cancellation charge will apply if you request a cancellation outside of the 5-day period (120 hours) prior to check-in time (12 pm on the arrival date).
- If the cancellation request is made within 5 days (120 hours) of check-in time (12 pm on the arrival date), an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay will also apply.
- If you do not request the cancellation of your stay and fail to arrive at the Ashram on the scheduled check-in date, your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
- There is no refund for early check-out.
- You will receive your refund within 21 working days.

Guidelines
You are requested not to carry any valuables during your visit to the ashram.
The housekeeping staff will clean the rooms during the day even in your absence. Hence kindly keep your belongings safely.
Kindly switch off lights, fans, AC when room is not in use.
Please segregate your garbage into biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste and dispose it in the respective bin.
Please dry clothes only on the clothes rack provided in your room or in the balcony.
Please do not keep your footwear in the passages.
Kindly maintain silence between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am so as to not disturb others.
Entry into the ashram is not allowed after midnight.

- Dry snacks, beverages, cold drinks, milk, water, ice-cream, etc., will be available at both the cafeteria.

Laundry
- Deposit: Please deposit your laundry at the laundry room in your building. Please ensure that you put it in a bag and tag it with your name and the building name. Laundry will be collected at 11:00 am by ashram staff.
- Payment: At the utility room in the Dining Complex (lower level) between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm on the same day.
- Collect:Once the payment has been made, the clothes will be delivered to your building’s laundry room on the next day at 12:00 pm.
Lost Property
- If you find any unclaimed valuable item on the Ashram premises please hand it to sevaks at the Registration Office.
- Lost property items should be collected within 15 days, after which they will be disposed.
- The Management will not be responsible for anything that has been forgotten or lost in the Ashram.

To purchase meal coupons online, please use the SRMD Ashram App. Alternatively, you can buy meal coupons upon arrival. Coupons for a particular meal will be available up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the meal.

- You can buy meal coupons upon arrival. Meal ePasses can be purchased through the SRMD Ashram App anytime before the meal starts.
- Consuming food or beverages is not allowed in public areas.
- Upon cancellation of stay, there is no refund for meal coupons purchased online or upon arrival.
Note: For children under five years of age, there are no meal charges.
Meal Instructions
- Before every meal, you are required to show your ePass/coupon at the entrance of the Dining Hall.
- Please refrain from eating after sunset in the Ashram.
- Kindly observe complete silence in the Dining Hall.
- Kindly use the designated zones for ladies and gents when sitting in the Dining Hall.
- Please do not bring your own food in the Dining Hall.
Tiffin Facilities
- In case you prefer to have your meal at your unit, you can get your tiffin and upon showing the coupon you can fill tiffin from Tiffin Packing room, Upper Dining (Behind Cafeteria) as per the tiffin timings mentioned below.
- The facility for filling tiffins is available in the first 45 minutes of every meal.

- Parking on the roads is strictly prohibited.
- Those visiting the Ashram only for the day must park their cars at the Welcome Centre parking area.

Ashram Culture
- Silence: To uphold the sanctity of the Ashram, we request you to maintain silence in all public areas.
Clothing: Please ensure you wear respectable clothing. Kindly do not wear shorts or sleeveless clothes in the ashram.
Photography and videography: This is not permitted in the ashram except in the Shri Mahavir Praasad (Shwetambar Jinmandir) plaza and designated areas at Raj Sabhagruh and Raj Darbar. It is not permitted inside the Shri Mahavir Praasad (Shwetambar Jinmandir) and during events.
Mobile phone usage: Please do not use your mobile phone in public areas. However, you may use it behind the bus stops or in your stay area. In the event that your phone rings during the programme, you are requested to leave the venue immediately.- Ladies in menstrual cycle: You are requested not to enter the Mandir or do Charanpakshal at Raj Darbar. Separate seating arrangements have been made in the satsang and dining halls.
Seating Arrangement: Ladies and gents are requested to be seated in the separately designated areas while attending satsangs, in the Jinmandirs, in the dining hall, and also when using the internal ashram transport facility.
Consuming root vegetables, non-veg food, alcohol, smoking or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Stay facilities for participating in Ashram Programmes
- The Ashram offers simple accommodation in a serene setting, perfectly conducive to spiritual growth and self-transformation. There are several stay facilities for programme participants; the options allow selection based on budget and convenience. These stay facilities are available for programme participants only.
- You will need to submit an online application and choose your preferred room type.
- You will receive a payment link via email when your application is confirmed, which will be valid for 48 hours.
- Payment must be completed within this time frame and before 12 pm on the date of arrival; otherwise, the application will be cancelled.

- Reservations are non-transferable. Check-in by the primary applicant with a valid photo ID is mandatory. For multi-room reservations, a valid photo ID is also required from one occupant of each additional room. If the reservation includes shared rooms or dormitory stay, a valid photo ID will be required from each seeker.
- The accepted forms of photo ID are Aadhaar, driving licence, and passport.
- For a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, please reserve the previous night or an additional night, as applicable.
- Early check-in requests made upon arrival are accommodated subject to room availability.
- Before 6 am: Full night’s stay
- 6 am – 10 am: 50% of one night’s stay
- 10 am – 12 pm: Complimentary
- Late check-out requests made on the departure date are accommodated subject to room availability.
- 10 am – 12 pm: 30% of one night’s stay

- After 2 pm: Full night’s stay
- The management reserves the right to waive or modify charges at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Internal Transportation
- Transport within the Ashram is complimentary in the stay charges for participating in Ashram programme.
Cancellation and Refund
- To cancel your stay at the Ashram, please use the link provided in your stay or payment confirmation email.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through this link only.
- No refund will be issued if you request cancellation after your check-in time (i.e., after 12 pm on the check-in date).
- A 10% cancellation charge will apply if you request a cancellation outside of the 5-day period (120 hours) prior to check-in time (12 pm on the arrival date).
- If the cancellation request is made within 5 days (120 hours) of check-in time (12 pm on the arrival date), an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay will also apply.
- If you do not request the cancellation of your stay and fail to arrive at the Ashram on the scheduled check-in date, your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
- There is no refund for early check-out.
- You will receive your refund within 21 working days.

Guidelines
- You are requested not to carry any valuables during your visit to the ashram.
- The housekeeping staff will clean the rooms during the day even in your absence. Hence kindly keep your belongings safely.
- Kindly switch off lights, fans, AC when room is not in use.
- Please segregate your garbage into biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste and dispose it in the respective bin.
- Please dry clothes only on the clothes rack provided in your room or in the balcony.
- Please do not keep your footwear in the passages.
- Kindly maintain silence between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am so as to not disturb others.
- Entry into the ashram is not allowed after midnight.

- Stay facilities can be arranged for drivers and helpers. Kindly contact the registration office for the same.
- Ladies in menstrual cycle: You are requested to use a special mattress during this time. The same is available in the laundry room situated near the centre lift in your complex. Kindly dispose sanitary waste in the yellow bins in each complex.

Cafeteria
- Dry snacks, beverages, cold drinks, milk, water, ice-cream, etc., will be available at both the cafeteria.
- Mode of payment will be Cash, Card and UPI Payment.
- This service is provided by a third party (SRDPS). The payment for the same is to be made to SRDPS.

Laundry
- Deposit: Please deposit your laundry at the laundry room in your building. Please ensure that you put it in a bag and tag it with your name and the building name. Laundry will be collected at 11:00 am by ashram staff.
- Payment: At the utility room in the Dining Complex (lower level) between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm on the same day.
- Collect:Once the payment has been made, the clothes will be delivered to your building’s laundry room on the next day at 12:00 pm.
Lost Property
- If you find any unclaimed valuable item on the Ashram premises please hand it to sevaks at the Registration Office.
- Lost property items should be collected within 15 days, after which they will be disposed.
- The Management will not be responsible for anything that has been forgotten or lost in the Ashram.

To purchase meal coupons online, please use the SRMD Ashram App. Alternatively, you can buy meal coupons upon arrival. Coupons for a particular meal will be available up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the meal.

- You can buy meal coupons upon arrival. Meal ePasses can be purchased through the SRMD Ashram App anytime before the meal starts.
- Consuming food or beverages is not allowed in public areas.
- Upon cancellation of stay, there is no refund for meal coupons purchased online or upon arrival.
Note: For children under five years of age, there are no meal charges.
Meal Instructions
- Before every meal, you are required to show your ePass/coupon at the entrance of the Dining Hall.
- Please refrain from eating after sunset in the Ashram.
- Kindly observe complete silence in the Dining Hall.
- Kindly use the designated zones for ladies and gents when sitting in the Dining Hall.
- Please do not bring your own food in the Dining Hall.
Tiffin Facilities
- In case you prefer to have your meal at your unit, you can get your tiffin and upon showing the coupon you can fill tiffin from Tiffin Packing room, Upper Dining (Behind Cafeteria) as per the tiffin timings mentioned below.
- The facility for filling tiffins is available in the first 45 minutes of every meal.

- Parking on the roads is strictly prohibited.
- Those visiting the Ashram only for the day must park their cars at the Welcome Centre parking area.
- Those staying overnight may drop off passengers and their luggage at the allocated stay area and then park in the common parking areas only.

Ashram Culture
- Silence: To uphold the sanctity of the Ashram, we request you to maintain silence in all public areas.
- Clothing: Please ensure you wear respectable clothing. Kindly do not wear shorts or sleeveless clothes in the ashram.
- Photography and videography: This is not permitted in the ashram except in the Shri Mahavir Praasad (Shwetambar Jinmandir) plaza and designated areas at Raj Sabhagruh and Raj Darbar. It is not permitted inside the Shri Mahavir Praasad (Shwetambar Jinmandir) and during events.
- Mobile phone usage: Please do not use your mobile phone in public areas. However, you may use it behind the bus stops or in your stay area. In the event that your phone rings during the programme, you are requested to leave the venue immediately.
- Ladies in menstrual cycle: You are requested not to enter the Mandir or do Charanpakshal at Raj Darbar. Separate seating arrangements have been made in the satsang and dining halls.
- Seating Arrangement: Ladies and gents are requested to be seated in the separately designated areas while attending satsangs, in the Jinmandirs, in the dining hall, and also when using the internal ashram transport facility.
- Consuming root vegetables, non-veg food, alcohol, smoking or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Guns / arms are strictly prohibited in the Ashram premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the Ashram premises.
- Kindly keep the ashram clean. Kindly do not pluck any flowers or leaves.
- Please do not request any Ashram employee to run your personal errands or give them any personal tip. Kindly visit the contribution counter if you wish to donate towards the Ashram’s employees.

You will need to show your certificate upon arrival. If you are not double-vaccinated, you can show your RT-PCR test report. The test must be done within 72 hours prior to your arrival at the Ashram.
