Ful Medames Stew Ful Medames Stew Enjoy the popular appetizer of Egyptian cuisine, Ful Medames Stew Print Ingredients 2 cups chick peas boiled (kabuli chana) 2 cups kidney beans boiled (rajma) 2 cups black and green olives chopped 400 gms tomato paste 1 bunch parsley 1 bunch mint leaves pudina 1 bunch coriander leaves kothmir 4 tomatoes chopped 2 tsp sesame seeds til 3 tsp cumin jeera 3 tsp olive oil 3 pcs cinnamon taj water salt to taste Intructions In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil. Add cinnamon, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1⁄3rd tomatoes, 1 cup chick peas, 1 cup kidney beans, 1⁄2 bunch parsley, 1⁄3rd coriander and mint leaves, water and salt. In a bowl, mix the remaining parsley, 1⁄3 rd coriander, mint leaves and tomatoes; 1 tsp olive oil, salt and 1 tsp cumin to make a salad. Remove it. In the same bowl, add chopped olives, salt, half of the tomato paste, 1 tsp cumin, remaining coriander leaves and tomatoes to make another salad. Remove it. In the same bowl, add remaining chick peas and kidney beans, salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp sesame seeds, remaining mint leaves and 1⁄2 tsp olive oil to make the third salad. Add remaining tomato paste and 1⁄2 tsp olive oil to the pan. Serve it with the three salads.
