Ingredients(Serves 4):


  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tsp fresh mint leaves chopped (phudina)
  • 6 tbsp mint syrup
  • 6 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3 tps coffee powder
  • Sugar syrup to taste
  • Ice cubes if required

Method

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Mix them till the blended mixture becomes consistent.
  • Take a serving glass and garnish it by pouring chocolate syrup on the inner surface of the glass while slowly rotating it.
  • Pour the drink from the blender and garnish it with a fresh mint leaf.
  • Serve this refreshing mocha mint slush.
