Let us express our gratitude at His Lotus Feet for all the wonderful blessings that He has showered upon us. Let us experience that divine connection and elevation as we recall them

Step 1

Sit in a room by yourself. Place in front of your eyes your favourite picture of Pujya Gurudevshri. Play some music in the background which instantly connects you to Him. Light an incense stick to add piety to the ambience.

Go back in time and recollect Pujya Gurudevshri smiling and bestowing some blessings on you. It could be in the form of written blessings, a comment, some delightful gestures or some unforgettable facial expressions. Write it down exactly the way it was

Step 3

Bring to your memory the exact day, the place, the set-up, the weather etc. when Pujya Gurudevshri drenched you with His unconditional love and grace. What did you exactly feel when He smiled at you, spoke to you, wrote something for you etc.? Describe your emotions and thoughts of that moment

Step 4

Now recollect and write the incidents in your life where these blessings have helped you. How these blessings came to your rescue, how they helped you remain positive, and how they kept your hope alive
