  • 1⁄2 ripe avocado
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom


  • 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency.
  • 2. Add additional sugar as per taste.
  • 3. Serve it cold.
