Launch of ‘Yugpurush – The Play’ in Multiple Languages on Colors and Voot (10th Nov ’19):

  • Saturday 9th November marks the 152nd Birth Anniversary of Param Krupalu Dev Shrimad Rajchandraji.

  • In commemoration of this great event and to mark Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birth year, the hallmark drama ‘Yugpurush – the Play’ will be telecasted on 10th Nov ‘19 at 9:00 a.m. in association with Viacom18, on 8 channels: Colors TV, Colors Gujarati, Colors Marathi, Colors Bangla, Colors Super, Colors Tamil, MTV and Colors Infinity in seven languages namely; Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada and Marathi.

  • The play will also be simultaneously launched on the Voot app in seven languages.

  • Owned by Viacom18, Voot is India’s largest digital video-on-demand streaming service. It caters to over 55 million active monthly users and is available as a website or as an app on your mobile phone.

  • In November 2016, Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur launched a play titled ‘Yugpurush- Mahatma’s Mahatma’ in order to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary year of Param Krupalu Dev Shrimad Rajchandraji.

  • This play, produced by Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, received a phenomenal response all over the world – with over 1,060 enthralling shows completed in just one year, performed in over 310 cities in five continents and with over 6,80,000 viewers having witnessed this masterpiece in seven languages including Hindi, English, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada and Marathi.

  • Yugpurush received extensive media coverage from 175 countries across the globe – 2,000+ coverages, 105 million+ impressions, 12 million+ video views.

  • The play has been performed in presence of three Chief Ministers, two State assemblies, six governors and 40 Ambassadors, High Commissioners and Counsel Generals along with several dignitaries and celebrities.

  • The play was viewed across a vast cross-section of society including entertainment industry, doctors, lawyers, professionals, trade and industry bodies, corporates, social groups, Gandhians, reviewers and artists.

Diwali Shibir 2019 (Fri, 25th – Mon, 28th Oct ’19):

  • This year, the Diwali Shibir will be held at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram Dharampur from Fri, 25th – Mon, 28th Oct ’19.

  • Schedule for the Shibir is as follows:
    • Arrive: Thu, 24th Oct ’19 after dinner
    • Leave: Mon, 28th Oct ’19 after lunch

  • Mornings and afternoons during the Diwali shibir will feature elevating pravachans by Pujya Gurudevshri on Shri Yogvasishtha Maharamayana.

  • Evenings will feature elevating programmes such as:

    • Quiz on this Paryushan Mahaparva topic of Patrank 522 from Shrimad Rajchandra Vachanamrut.
    • Bhagwan Mahavira’s Nirvan Kalyanak Celebrations.
    • Bhakti with Renowned Music Composer & Playback Singer, Shri Jayesh Gandhi.
    • Spiritual Chopdapujan and Bhagwan Mahavira’s Nirvan Kalyanak Celebrations.
    • Please note that all will be able to join in the spiritual Chopdapujan. Those in attendance are requested to bring a red pen and their introspection diaries or satsang diaries for the event.

  • On 24th Oct ’19 at 8:00 p.m. a beautiful Community Garden will be inaugurated at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram Dharampur.

  • The community garden will be for all age groups, from toddlers, children, youth and elders.

  • This 95,000 sqft. i.e. 2.5 acres community garden covers an area four times larger than the existing Raj Upvan. The garden features:
    • Artificial grass.
    • A 400-meter long circular walking track.
    • Pavilion – a place with a seating for Pujya Gurudevshri and a plaza which can accommodate 1,500 people – ideal for outdoor bhakti.
    • Multipurpose Court – area where youth and children can play various sports such as basketball, volleyball, throwball etc.
    • Children’s & Toddler’s Play Area – there are two playing areas; one is for toddlers 2-6 years old and another for children ages 7+. This section consists of a sandpit, tree house and similar features that children of all age groups can enjoy.
    • Elders seating area – an ideal place for elders to sit and contemplate satsang on benches and swings.
    • Outdoor Gym and Yoga area – featuring gym equipment and space to facilitate outdoor group yoga practice.
    • Viewing Deck area – a floating deck featuring breathtaking views of the valley.

  • This Community Garden is situated in the area of the seven Stepped Terrace buildings of Samvar, Nirjara, Maitri, Pramod, Karuna, Madhyastata, and Daya.

Spiritualtouch Winter Retreat (Mon, 23rd – Thu, 26th Dec ’19):

  • The gadget-free Spiritualtouch Winter Retreat is the perfect way for children ages 12 – 17 to nourish the body, mind and soul.

  • The entire retreat will be planned and managed by the Shrimad Rajchandra Divinetouch alumni.

  • The unique fitness activities, energising football, and the invigorating adventurous sessions will help them recharge, refresh and rejuvenate their bodies.

  • There will be novice skill development sessions: like an engineering session with Ms. Kelly Greene, COO & Director – Student Success for Chief Science Officers Programme from the United States; sessions on Resin Art, Decoupage, Rubik’s Cube Mosaic and MasterChef to activate their minds.

  • Enriching sessions on the profound works of Param Krupalu Dev Shrimad Rajchandraji, special introspection workshops, etc. will be the perfect food to nourish their souls.

  • They will also be celebrating a Christmas carnival with their Beloved Master Pujya Gurudevshri.

  • They will sing, dance, act and perform for their Divine Master.

SRMD Youth Festival 2019 (Fri, 27th – Sat, 28th Dec ’19)

  • The youth shall rejoice with a specially designed two-day celebration of sports and seva in the divine presence of Pujya Gurudevshri in the Ashram; called the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur Youth Festival.

  • In two years, Sahebji’s Football Club (SFC) has become a significant medium for the youth to express their love for Pujya Gurudevshri.

  • What started out with a handful of individuals has turned into 60 teams consisting 1000 members, globally.

  • On Fri, 27th Dec ’19, for the very first time in India, Shrimad Rajchandra Sports Arena in Dharampur will host the SFC World Cup.

  • Teams participating will be USA, Canada, Kenya, England, Singapore, Australia, UAE and India.

  • In the SFC World Cup, teams gather to achieve one goal, Sahebji’s Rajipo.

  • On Sat, 28th Dec ’19, the youth will rejoice in selfless service medical outreach, teaching and bonding tribal children, aiding rural women, distributing Power of One essentials, caring for animals and much more.

Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Rajat Mahotsav (Sun, 29th Dec ’19 – Wed, 1st Jan ’20):

  • Registration has begun for the Rajat Mahotsav which has its topmost agenda item of Atmakalyan.

  • The Mahotsav will feature elevating events such as:

    • The Mahamastakabhishek Ceremony of the tallest Pratimaji of Shrimad Rajchandraji.
    • Electrifying Pravachans by Pujya Gurudevshri
    • Sanctified presence of saints such as Pujya Brahmavihari Swami from BAPS Swaminarayan and Pujya Swami Tadrupanand Saraswatiji, Spiritual Head – Manan Ashram.
    • Evening of devotional Gujarati bhajans, “Bhaktini Mausam Chalke”.
    • An elevating performance celebrating the extraordinary talents of differently abled artists: “Miracle on Wheels”.
    • Entering into the New Year with a devotional concert by renowned singer, Kailash Kher.
    • Performing the year’s first ajnabhakti in the divine presence of Pujya Gurudevshri and hearing the year’s first Sadguru Udghosh
