Cancellations

• Cancellations can be made via the SRMD Ashram app or the cancellation link in your Bhatti registration email.
• Kindly note that cancellations will only be processed through these means.

Refund Terms

• If you cancel outside the 5-day period (120 hours) prior to check-in (12 pm on the arrival date):
  A 10% cancellation charge will apply, and the remaining charges for stay and meals will be refunded.
• If you cancel within the 5-day period (120 hours):
  A 35% cancellation charge will apply, and the remaining charges for stay and meals will be refunded.
• If you cancel after 12 pm on the arrival date or fail to arrive without prior cancellation:
  No refund will be issued.
• You will receive your refund within 21 working days.
