Reach: Manali between 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wed, 25th Feb, 2026 (Hotel name & address will be informed later). Leave: Shibir ends at Manali by 9:00 am on Sun, 1st Mar, 2026. Registration Details Online Registration for attending the YG Shibir 2026 is mandatory. Registration will be open until Wed, 12th Nov, 2025, 11:59 pm IST. No registrations shall be accepted after the above deadline, for any reason whatsoever. Registration is currently open to Yuvarpit members only. Registration does not guarantee confirmation. Kindly select the appropriate package name while filling the form. Click here to view different packages. Please provide a valid Aadhaar card or passport (both sides in one PDF). Adventure Activities Adventure activities such as paragliding, bungee jumping, and rafting must be selected while filling your registration form. Other activities are also available as per the itinerary. Guidelines for adventure sports: All adventure activities are subject to weather and time availability. Payment for activities should be made only at the time of participation. Participation is voluntary — members must acknowledge the risks via a liability waiver or indemnity form. Participants must meet health and safety criteria, such as age limits or fitness certifications. Form & Subgroup Instructions In case of a mistake while filling the form, cancel the entire form and re-register. At the time of payment, quote the new form number. Only one form per family should be filled using your Get Involved ID. If someone registers on your behalf, it is at your own responsibility. To stay together, all members should enter the same code in the ‘Sub Group’ field and select the same package. If you don’t have a subgroup, enter ‘NA’ in that field. Selection & Payment Upon selection, you’ll receive a selection mail and WhatsApp message. The amount payable will be mentioned in that communication. However, in case of any grave injury or death, responsibility lies with the applicant. Members are advised not to carry expensive items. Carry a Government-approved physical photo ID proof during the Shibir. If a member is not allowed to attend after registration, their registration will stand cancelled, and the refund policy will apply as per the date. Package selection does not guarantee allotment of the same package. The right to allot packages remains with the Shibir management. In the event of excess requests in any of the selected packages, the management shall make allotments based upon pre-decided guidelines. Those who are not allotted their chosen package, shall be allotted the next best available package and the difference amount in the package shall be refunded after the group shibir by Tue, 31st Mar, 2026. If any member is not allowed for the group shibir for any reason after registration, their registration will stand cancelled and the refund policy will apply as per that day. For all Cancellations – refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges by Tue, 31st Mar, 2026.
