Uttapam Pizza
Let us add an Italian flavour to a traditional South Indian item with the refreshingly innovative Uttapam Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 bowl of uttapam batter
- 1 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1 cup of sliced olives
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 cup basil leaves, chopped
- 1 bowl cottage cheese (paneer) cubes
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese (paneer) cubes
Instructions
- 1. Add oil on a warm pan and spread the uttapam batter to form a thick base of the pizza. Allow it to cook till it solidifies.
- 2. Uniformly spread tomato ketchup on this base. Keep the burner on low flame.
- 3. Spread sweet corn, olives and basil leaves, followed by cottage cheese.
- Allow it to cook until the base becomes hard and serve hot.
