Som Tam Thai Salad
Salads provide an excellent source of fibre, vitamins, and nutrients and are easy to digest. Try this recipe to serve a healthy as well as tasty meal to your family.For Dressing
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon jaggery
- 1 tablespoon olive oil salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon pepper
For Salad
- 1 raw papaya
- 1⁄2 cup boiled green beans cut along the length
- 1⁄2 chopped yellow capsicum
- 8 – 10 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients of the dressing together in a mixer. Blend them and make a paste. Chill the paste in refrigerator for some time.
- Put all the ingredients of the salad in a bowl. Mix them well.
- Add dressing to the salad and toss well.
- Serve cold.
