Relish the delicious combination of musk melon, orange and coconut water in the Melon Tango

Ingredients

  • 2 cups musk melon sakkarteti
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups tender coconut water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • a pinch of black salt sanchal
  • few mint leaves phudina for garnishing

Instructions

  • 1. Blend the musk melon in a liquidiser. You may strain it or retain the fibres along with the musk melon juice.
  • 2. Add orange juice, coconut water, sugar and black salt. Mix well.
  • 3. Chill the Melon Tango and serve it, garnished with mint leaves.
