Cranberry Orange Coconut Bars
This vegan coconut bar can be the perfect afternoon snack. It’s delicious too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix coconut butter and coconut oil over low heat.
- Once the mixture melts, add dried cranberries, orange juice, orange zest and salt. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture over a plastic sheet to form a layer of uniform thickness.
- Place this sheet in a refrigerator and allow the layer to set for 2 to 3 hours.
- Make equal rectangular pieces once it has solidified.
- Serve and cherish the cranberry orange coconut bars.
