Let’s explore this interesting alternative to milk – Coconut Milk and use it to make vegan food.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mature brown coconut grated
  • 3 glasses hot water

Instructions

  1. In a vessel, mix grated coconut with 2 glasses of hot water.
  2. Keep this mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Then, add another glass of water and blend thoroughly to form a uniform mixture.
  4. Filter this mixture and remove the fibre.
  5. Serve this fresh and healthy coconut milk.
  6. In case you feel the milk is thick, you can add more water to make it thin.
