Coconut Milk

Ingredients
- 4 cups mature brown coconut grated
- 3 glasses hot water
Instructions
- In a vessel, mix grated coconut with 2 glasses of hot water.
- Keep this mixture aside for 15 minutes.
- Then, add another glass of water and blend thoroughly to form a uniform mixture.
- Filter this mixture and remove the fibre.
- Serve this fresh and healthy coconut milk.
- In case you feel the milk is thick, you can add more water to make it thin.
