Cinnamon Cocoa Coffee

Experts believe that breakfast, the most important meal of the day, boosts your energy levels, replenishes your nutrient reserves and should ideally comprise 1/3rd of your day’s total nutrient intake. On the other hand, skipping breakfast is an invitation to fatigue. Create an energy explosion by adding a rejuvenating drink to your breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1⁄4 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence or 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream

Instructions

  1. Boil 1⁄2 cup water and turn off the heat.
  2. To this boiled water, add instant coffee and leave it for 1 minute.
  3. Add cocoa, cinnamon and sugar to this mixture. Stir it well.
  4. Now, add milk and vanilla essence.
  5. Warm it a little if you prefer to drink it hot. Ensure that you do not boil the coffee or else cocoa will turn bitter.
  6. Alternatively, you can add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the mixture and blend it in a blender to serve it cold.
