Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicle
Treat your near and dear ones with chilled Chocolate covered Kiwi Popsicles
Ingredients
- 6 large kiwis peeled thick slices
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- Popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Insert the sticks in each of the kiwi slices.
- Freeze them for at least 4 hours.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate and mix coconut oil in it.
- Dip each frozen kiwi in the melted chocolate. The chocolate will harden within a few moments of being dipped.
- Serve immediately or re-freeze and serve chilled.
