Chocolate Covered Kiwi Popsicle

Treat your near and dear ones with chilled Chocolate covered Kiwi Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 6 large kiwis peeled thick slices
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
  • Popsicle sticks or lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Insert the sticks in each of the kiwi slices.
  2. Freeze them for at least 4 hours.
  3. In a bowl, melt the chocolate and mix coconut oil in it.
  4. Dip each frozen kiwi in the melted chocolate. The chocolate will harden within a few moments of being dipped.
  5. Serve immediately or re-freeze and serve chilled.
