Calcium Rich Parathas

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 drumsticks saragvani sing
- 1⁄4 cup red millet flour nachni
- 1 & 1⁄2 tsp chilli paste
- 1 & 1⁄2 cups coriander leaves
- 1 & 1⁄2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
- 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder haldi
- salt to taste
- oil
- water
Instructions
- Cut drumsticks in pieces and boil till they become soft.
- Separate the pulp. Add 11⁄2 cup water to it and heat.
- Add chilli paste, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add red millet and wheat flour. Stir till it becomes dry.
- Transfer it in a bowl. Cool it to room temperature.
- Knead well. Roll out parathas using little oil.
- Cook parathas on a tava till they are golden brown.
