Salad dressing made of almond butter can be a delicious substitute for the standard olive oil or vinegar dressing, and guess what, it’s vegan too!

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp almond butter
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 lemons
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix almond butter, maple syrup and soy sauce.
  2. Squeeze the lemons’ juice into this mixture.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients.
  4. Add this dressing to any salad of your choice to make it tastier and healthier.
