Almond Butter Salad Dressing
Salad dressing made of almond butter can be a delicious substitute for the standard olive oil or vinegar dressing, and guess what, it’s vegan too!
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp almond butter
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 lemons
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl mix almond butter, maple syrup and soy sauce.
- Squeeze the lemons’ juice into this mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients.
- Add this dressing to any salad of your choice to make it tastier and healthier.
