Even a single moment of which is more precious than even the great sovereign’s entire wealth, yet after gaining such human birth and the opportunities that are favorable for the spiritual goal, if one does not remain aware of the supreme state that is devoid of birth and death, then may there be contempt infinite times for such a one embodied in this human form!

Those who have won over indolence (negligence), they have won the supreme state.

The letter is received.

The state of the body stays healthy for some days and unhealthy for some days. It’s not yet moving towards suitable health, even then it is necessary to stay unperturbed.

It is not worth keeping focus on the favourable or unfavourable state of the body.
