You lead by going to that place and making a case.’ This virtue of a leader is also evident in Pujya Gurudevshri. He does not lead merely by His words but also by His actions. The principles that He preaches are clearly visible in His own life. Be it diligence in sadhana or, commitment in seva, seekers need not look far for a role model! Flawless Decision-Making

Decision-Making is one of the very important functions of leaders. Taking right decisions at right time is very crucial for leaders as their decisions have an impact on masses. To be able to take a correct decision, one needs far-sightedness, foresightedness, analytical thinking, intuitive judgments etc. With His sharp awareness and supreme analytical skills, Pujya Gurudevshri is a master at assessing situations, foreseeing upcoming scenarios and thus taking appropriate decisions. He ensures that He has credible information. Using logical reasoning and showing sincerity to the needs of the people He takes best possible decisions. Whether it is a quick decision to be taken during some Tirthyatra or some long term decision to be taken in Sadguru Prerna, His exquisite decision-making skills ensure the welfare of maximum number of souls.

Supreme Surrendership

Pujya Gurudevshri’s devotion towards Param Krupalu Dev is a jewel in the crown of His virtues. Despite achieving humongous success in various fields through His skilled leadership, He never accepts credit for any successful endeavours. He promptly offers each achievement at Param Krupalu Dev’s Lotus Feet and always maintains that each accomplishment is a gift from His Lord. There isn’t even a tinge of doership in any of His acts. He finds joy in offering all to His Lord and always being a humble devotee in Param Krupalu Dev’s service!

Truly, He is a leader par excellence, following whom with faith, we are assured to reach our final Destination!

Let Us Be Like Him!

Let us not stop at just applauding His qualities. Let us take steps to cultivate them within us.

  • Have a Pure Purpose: Inculcate purity of purpose. As a leader, seek to work only for the welfare of the team and not for personal gains.
  • Lead by Example: Your actions speak louder than your words. Do not merely order for things to be done. Practise what you preach.
  • Be Humble: Humility is a sign of greatness. Accept all accomplishments as a gift from God and remain humble.

Your purity and humility command our respect,
Your impeccable guidance, considers every aspect,
You never give up on us, making our negativities flee,
O Beloved! May we imbibe Your leadership virtues and be like Thee.
