Middle East Dharmayatra 2019

After empowering aspirants to tread the path enunciated by Bhagwan Mahavir in an uplifting pravachan in Mumbai, the Sadguru departed for the Middle East dharmayatra.

True to the meaning of its name, ‘safe anchorage’, Pujya Gurudevshri arrived at the waterside serene city of Muscat, the capital of Oman; to provide a safe spiritual anchorage for the devotees to dwell. The owners of Muscat Pharmacy, Shri Bakulbhai Mehta and Shri Dilipbhai Mehta were the blessed hosts.

In two edifying pravachans at Shri Krishna Temple Hall the Sadguru imparted new insights and inspiration to seekers for the inner journey. Amongst the dignitaries attending the pravachans was Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman, His Excellency Shri Munu Mahawar. He received a memento from the pious hands of Pujya Gurudevshri. Director of Khimji Ramdas Group, Muscat, Shri Anil Khimji and Director of Shah Nagardas Manji and Co., Shri Paresh Shah were also present for the pravachans. Beautiful dedications by children of Shrimad Rajchandra Divinetouch filled the ambience with devotion. The Master also visited the premises of the Shri Krishna Temple and was endearingly felicitated.

Pujya Gurudevshri’s padhramanis delighted devotees and filled them with love for the Divine. The Sadguru visited the Muscat Pharmacy Warehouse and toured the property. An enlivening Sadguru Udghosh delivered practical wisdom to devotees. Honouring the auspicious festival of Ayambil Oli and highlighting the importance of penance in Jain religion; Pujya Gurudevshri lovingly served the Ayambil tapasvis at the Muscat Pharmacy Warehouse.

Muscat Raj Parivar packed memorable moments during the outing with Pujya Gurudevshri. The Sadguru Udghosh was nourishment for their souls motivating them to work towards their goals with a strong purpose. Aspirants imbibed life lessons with various interesting games conducted by Atmarpit Nemiji. Guiding Muscat Youth Group members with compassion the Master had an endearing interaction with them. The group embarked on a sight-seeing tour to Wadi Bani Habib, a picturesque village that is home to walnut and pomegranate orchards. During the evening celebrations seekers offered soulful performances that articulated their overwhelming adoration for the Sadguru.

Carrying refreshing showers of spirituality Pujya Gurudevshri arrived in the city of Dubai, a stirring amalgamation of profound traditions and ambitious futuristic vision wrapped into starkly evocative desert splendour. The Sadguru’s hosts were Parag-Bijal Ashar and Rameshbhai-Kantaben Jatwani.

Stressing the importance of satsang and its pre-eminence over everything else in aiding a seeker’s inner journey the Master’s three discourses enriched aspirants with clarity and vision. The glorious occasion of Mahavir Jayanti was celebrated with deep reverence as devotees immersed themselves in bhakti, celebrating the birth of the Lord. Consul General of India to Dubai, His Excellency Shri Vipul was present on the occasion and he addressed the large gathering. Amongst others attending the pravachans was Director of Rajayoga Centre, Brahma Kumari Sister Jyoti. Committee members of the UAE Jain Sangh lovingly felicitated Pujya Gurudevshri. Children from UAE Jain Sangh presented wonderful dance dedications to express their adulation for the Divine.

Seekers were embraced in Pujya Gurudevshri’s warmth during His affable padhramanis. Nishant-Sweta Soni, Pradeep-Puja Surana, Shreyans-Ruchi Banthia, Vasant-Kala Shah, Tejas-Poonam Shah and Nirav-Pina Shah were blessed with memorable pratishthas.

A day long retreat with Pujya Gurudevshri was an occasion for Dubai seekers to fill hearts with divine joy. Providing tips on cultivating and sustaining good practices, the Sadguru’s Udhgosh had plenty for seekers to immediately apply in their lives. An emotional sharing of experiences by Atmarpit Nemiji drew the seekers closer to their beloved Sadguru. The Sadguru blessed mumukshus with Panchdiksha. He also compassionately blessed tokens of love for members of the Dubai Study Group. Navigating lives towards the safe shores of spirituality Pujya Gurudevshri proceeded to Abu Dhabi.

Marking a significant moment in the history of the UAE, devotees and well-wishers thronged to participate in the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the first ever Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. The temple will be constructed on 13.5 acres of land, donated by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; to the Indian Community.

Augmenting feelings of harmony and goodwill between Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur and BAPS Swaminarayan Organisation, Pujya Gurudevshri accepted the invitation from Spiritual Head of the BAPS Swaminarayan Organisation, Pujyashri Mahant Swami; and graced the shilanyas ceremony of the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi. The Sadguru interacted and felicitated Pujyashri Mahant Swami on this glorious occasion. The Master also shared a pleasant exchange with other saints of the organisation. Pujya Gurudevshri participated in the shilanyas ceremony and performed the sacred rituals.

The Master also interacted with Founder and Chairman of Abu Dhabi based NMC Healthcare and Chairman of UAE Exchange, Mr B.R. Shetty; Founder of 7Cs Group of Companies, Dr Harshad Mehta and CEO of Right Choice Company, Dr Adel Hassan Mohammed Ahmed.The Master’s dharmayatra led Middle East devotees towards spiritual discovery and infused their beings with piety.
