Melon Tango
Relish the delicious combination of musk melon, orange and coconut water in the Melon Tango
Ingredients
- 2 cups musk melon sakkarteti
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups tender coconut water
- 2 tsp sugar
- a pinch of black salt sanchal
- few mint leaves phudina for garnishing
Instructions
- 1. Blend the musk melon in a liquidiser. You may strain it or retain the fibres along with the musk melon juice.
- 2. Add orange juice, coconut water, sugar and black salt. Mix well.
- 3. Chill the Melon Tango and serve it, garnished with mint leaves.
