Celebrating 30 Glorious Years of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur finds its inspiration in Param Krupalu Dev, revered for His exalted state, His mesmeric exposition of Bhagwan Mahavir’s teachings and literary brilliance. As a self-realised saint, reformer of Jainism and poet-philosopher of the late 19th century, His life epitomised an unwavering pursuit of spirituality and divine compassion. Honoured as Yugpurush, Param Krupalu Dev’s legacy continues to guide seekers, enriching generations with a timeless heritage. Pujya Gurudevshri, the guiding light of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, is an Enlightened Master and spiritual luminary. Born on September 26, 1966, He carries within Him an insightful reservoir of spiritual wisdom. At the tender age of eight, Pujya Gurudevshri embraced Param Krupalu Dev as His Guru, dedicating Himself wholeheartedly to the spiritual path. In the early 1970s, during Pujya Gurudevshri’s childhood, seekers were drawn to His divine presence. By the late 1970s, a significant number of aspirants from Mumbai began earnestly following the teachings of Param Krupalu Dev under Pujya Gurudevshri’s guidance. As their numbers swelled, a space was secured, leading to the establishment of the Trust known as ‘Shrimad Rajchandra Adhyatmik Satsang Sadhana Kendra’ (SRASSK) on the auspicious day of Mahashivaratri, March 10, 1994. On the sacred occasion of Mahavir Jayanti in 2001, Param Krupalu Dev’s blessings and Pujya Gurudevshri’s grace materialised into the magnificent Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur. Pujya Gurudevshri’s deep reverence for His Guru was expressed during the Ashram inauguration, where He pledged His every breath, His every heartbeat and His every drop of sweat to the service and propagation of Param Krupalu Dev’s hallowed name and teachings. In 2010, the organisation underwent an important renaming. The adoption of the name ‘Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur’ represented a landmark moment, reaffirming its commitment to spiritual growth, community service and collective well-being. ‘Realise One’s True Self and Serve Others Selflessly’ was adopted as the Mission statement. As we commemorate 30 years of the Mission in 2024, it is by the infinite grace of Param Krupalu Dev and the tireless benevolence and guidance of Pujya Gurudevshri that the Mission currently has 204 Mission Centres, 96 Youth Centres, 252 Children Centres and 204 Seva Centres which are playing a key role in moulding and transforming multitudes of lives. In an atmosphere vibrant with energy, the illustrious gathering held on March 9 at the Yogi Sabhagruh in Mumbai celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the Mission. Pujya Gurudevshri expressed reverence towards Bhagwan Mahavir and Param Krupalu Dev, adorning them with garlands and fragrant flowers. Amidst the sacred ambiance, Trustees of the Mission venerated Param Krupalu Dev – the life-breath of the Mission – with a resplendent turban and offered exquisite flowers, symbolising their adoration. Furthermore, a garland was offered at the Lotus Feet of Pujya Gurudevshri, as an expression of devotion and gratitude of all present. The event unfolded with an emotional reflection video chronicling the marvellous journey of the Mission; Pujya Gurudevshri propelling it forward, while staying as an Unmoved Mover. Expressions of devotion by the Mission’s Bhakti team further underscored the significance of this milestone, affirming the enduring impact of the Mission’s legacy. Elevating the audience with His rich wisdom, Pujya Gurudevshri delved into the spiritual depths of Shrimad Rajchandra Vachanamrut – Patrank 430. Titled ‘The Eternal Lineage of the Enlightened Ones’, this discourse resonated with timeless teachings, guiding each individual on a transformative inner journey. Through His inspiring words, Pujya Gurudevshri ignited a profound sense of introspection regarding one’s spiritual growth, while laying emphasis on attaining the state of Choiceless Effortless Awareness quickly. The Master’s discourse was followed by a connecting Aarti. With hearts overflowing with reverence, we humbly prostrate before Param Krupalu Dev and Pujya Gurudevshri.
