- Online Registration for attending the JG Shibir 2026 is mandatory.
- No registrations shall be accepted after the above deadline, for any reason whatsoever.

- Utmost care of all passengers will be taken. However, in the event of any grave injury or death caused to anyone during the Group Shibir, it will be the sole responsibility of the Group Shibir applicant.
- Members are advised not to carry expensive articles during the Group Shibir.

- The above package is per person and includes all meals at subsidized rates for Jivanarpits.
- To request for Stay or to purchase Buggy coupons during shibir, please visit the Ashram website or the Ashram app.
- If any member is not allowed for the group shibir for any reason after registration, their registration will stand cancelled and the refund policy will apply as per that day
- For all Cancellations – refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges within 15 working days after shibir ends.
- In case of mistakes while filling the form, one must cancel their entire registration form and re-register. At the time of making the payment, the member must quote the new form number.
- You are requested to fill only one form per family using your Get Involved ID. In case anyone else registers on your behalf, it shall be at your sole risk and responsibility. Kindly ensure that it is done as per the instructions provided.

- Reservations are non-transferable. Check-in by the primary applicant with a valid photo ID is mandatory. A valid photo ID will be required from each seeker.
- Please put the room keys in the drop box placed at the guest house exit while checking out.
