How many complimentary passes can I request for in one transaction?

You may request for a maximum of 6 complimentary passes per person for each show. For more than 6 invites, kindly make a group request.

May I make a group request?

Yes. Group requests can be made for groups of 7 or more people.

We will review your request and confirm the same subject to availability. If it is confirmed, a confirmation email containing the relevant details will be sent to you.

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the show?

Children under the age of 5 will not be allowed as the subject matter of the play is profound and not relevant for them. Further, as other people in the audience might be disturbed by infants or young children, we would request you to leave the auditorium. Thank you for your cooperation.

How do I get my complimentary passes?

For individual requests, you need to pick up your complimentary passes at a designated pick-up location (click here to see the list of locations). You will need the physical invites to enter the auditorium. You may request for a maximum of 6 invites per person for each show.

How long before the show should I reach the auditorium?

Please present your complimentary passes at the auditorium counter to get your seat number at least 10 minutes before show time. Entry gates will close once the show begins. If the invites are not picked up by the indicated time, they will be released to other people waiting to see the show.

I accidentally booked my complimentary passes for today instead of tomorrow. Can you change the invites?

You will need to collect new complimentary passes for that particular show and inform us of your cancellation by clicking here.

Yes, you can request complimentary passes on behalf of your family and friends. However you need to pick up their invites at a designated pick-up location. (click here to see the list of locations). Maximum of 6 invites per person per show can be given.
