Baked Green Garden


Ingredients(Serves 4):

Banana Layer

  • One can condensed milk
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • 5 tbsp margarine
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Salt to taste

Green Layer
  • One can condensed milk
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ cup milk

  • ⅓ cup sugar

Garnishing
  • One can condensed milk
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • 5 tbsp margarine
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Salt to taste

Method

Banana Layer

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Sauté until soft.

Green Layer
  • Heat margarine in a pan. Add zucchini, broccoli, French beans, soda. Sauté for two minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Sauté until soft.

Assembling
  • Evenly spread banana layer in a casserole. Press green layer over it. Sprinkle the garnishing ingredients.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 140°C for eight minutes. Serve hot.
