Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of uttapam batter
  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 cup of sliced olives
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 bowl cottage cheese (paneer) cubes
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese (paneer) cubes

Instructions

  • 1. Add oil on a warm pan and spread the uttapam batter to form a thick base of the pizza. Allow it to cook till it solidifies.
  • 2. Uniformly spread tomato ketchup on this base. Keep the burner on low flame.
  • 3. Spread sweet corn, olives and basil leaves, followed by cottage cheese.
  • Allow it to cook until the base becomes hard and serve hot.
