Complete your registration and on-site accommodation request using the Register Now link. If your on-site accommodation request is approved, a separate payment link will be sent to you. Please complete the accommodation payment within 72 hours to confirm your stay.
Notes:
- All on-site accommodation approvals will be communicated by Jun 07, 2026.
- Registration is mandatory for all attendees and package rates are highly subsidized to support broad participation.
- On-site accommodation will be provided in dormitory-style rooms, with at least 4 occupants per room.
- Children under 5 years of age register free of charge. Children between the ages of 5 and 10 receive a 50% discounted registration fee.
