Guacamole

Guacamole

Avocado, commonly known as makhanphal or roochira in India, has achieved the distinction of being one of the world’s perfect foods. It is because nutritionists believe that it is not only high in nutritional value but also helps in prevention and control of Alzheimer’s, cancer, heart diseases and diabetes. Avocados are rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber content and vitamins B, E and K. While monounsaturated fats provide energy, fibers help in efficient bowel movements, appetite control and the vitamins aid in the body’s metabolism and strengthen the bone density.
