In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. 2. Add the wet ingredients and stir. 3. Pour the mixture in a greased cake tin. 4. Bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180⁰C. 5. Cool the cake base and then horizontally slice it into 3-4 layers. 6. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of caramel dip and powdered sugar. 7. Add this mixture to the whipped cream and mix well. 8.
