Calcium Rich Parathas Calcium Rich Parathas Enjoy by including the goodness of drumstick in your diet with calcium rich parathas Print Ingredients 1 cup wheat flour 2 drumsticks saragvani sing 1⁄4 cup red millet flour nachni 1 & 1⁄2 tsp chilli paste 1 & 1⁄2 cups coriander leaves 1 & 1⁄2 tsp sesame seeds 1⁄2 tsp roasted cumin seeds 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder haldi salt to taste oil water Instructions Cut drumsticks in pieces and boil till they become soft. Separate the pulp. Add 11⁄2 cup water to it and heat. Add chilli paste, coriander leaves, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds. Mix well and cook for a minute. Add red millet and wheat flour. Stir till it becomes dry. Transfer it in a bowl. Cool it to room temperature. Knead well. Roll out parathas using little oil. Cook parathas on a tava till they are golden brown.
