Pujya Gurudevshri’s Jubilant 53rd Birthday Celebrations

The entire venue came alive with cheers of joy as the Sadguru entered from amidst the rejoicing crowd, lovingly acknowledging their wishes. With utmost reverence Pujya Gurudevshri garlanded Bhagwan Mahavir and Param Krupalu Dev. Youngsters presented a throbbing dance and devotees from each floor of the main hall as well as the adjoining venues wished the Master endearingly. Trustees of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, India, USA, UK and Hong Kong were blessed to offer a garland, shawl, bouquet, card and a beautiful painting of Param Krupalu Dev to their beloved Sadguru. Seekers sharing the same birth date as Pujya Gurudevshri were blessed to offer flowers at His Lotus Feet. Bringing out emotions of love and gratitude in the gathering the Mission’s bhakti team offered soulful renditions in a choir. Commemorating the occasion, 501 animals were rescued from slaughterhouses by Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care. It also launched a hunger relief initiative to feed 53,000 poor people.

Pujya Gurudevshri’s powerful pravachan based on Shrimad Rajchandra Vachanamrut Patrank 934 energised the congregation. He awakened the audience by elucidating the true meaning and glory of renunciation.

The invigorating pravachan paved way for the elevating Atmarpit Diksha ceremony. Jivanarpit Sanjna Shah, Hridayarpit Hardika Rupani and Neha Patel zealously stepped forward and revered Bhagwan Mahavir and Param Krupalu Dev. Parents of the 3 youngsters affectionately gave their consent for the Diksha. The ambience immersed in piousness when Pujya Gurudevshri initiated them into Atmarpit Diksha and blessed them with Mala, Kada and their new attire symbolising their new life. Atmarpit Nehaben addressed the assembly on behalf of new Atmarpits. Parents of the new renunciates were felicitated. They embraced the ajivan Brahmacharya vrat adding to the sacredness of the occasion. With the Master’s grace Atmarpit Sachinbhai and Atmarpit Vidhiben were bestowed with higher vows and the title of ‘Ji’ to their names. The gathering witnessed the launch of an audio CD – ‘Kshama-Meditations on Forgiveness’.

Birthday messages also poured in from dignitaries like Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Vijaybhai Rupani; Hon. Union Cabinet Minister, Shri Nitin Gadkari; Governor of Tripura, Shri Ramesh Bais and others.
