Rev. Reuben Mark, Haji Syed Salman Chishty and Dr Rajwant Singh. Representing Pujya Gurudevshri, Atmarpit Nemiji, Personal Secretary to Pujya Gurudevshri and Trustee of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, spoke about how sustainability is woven in the infrastructure planning of Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram Dharampur. He also emphasised that in the Mission and all its activities, the environment has always been a non-negotiable part of decision making. The culture of compassion is deeply embedded in the seeekers and thus manifests in different ways in the various projects undertaken by the Mission. Concluding his inspiring address Atmarpit Nemiji reinforced that sustainable development can be brought about on the strong bedrock of faith and an ever-expanding culture of Ahimsa where caring for nature actually becomes one’s own nature.
