After imbibing the wisdom of the fourth Rajgita Jnan Yajna devotees participated in an engrossing quiz at the Ashram on the second Fundamental Truth – The Soul is Eternal. The blessed participants were Yuvarpits (Shanay Sanghavi, Shanay Shroff, Aashna Shah, Nishi Shah); Jivanarpits (Siddhant Shah, Yash Vora, Manali Parekh, Nidhi Kapashi); Hridayarpits (Maulik Doshi, Nirav Gosalia, Ami Hemani, Ruchita Mehta); Sarvarpits (Mihir Vora, Saurabh Mehta, Sheetal Sheth, Sejal Mehta); Sharnarpits (Vinit Sarkar, Lalit Sancheti, Reema Sheth, Rita Daftary) and the NRI-Outstation team (Gaurang Desai, Neil Vora, Payal Lathia, Shreni Shah).

It was a treat to watch young children like Zindagi Shah from Australia and Adit Shah, Yashas Shah, Saiyam Sheth from USA perform in the quiz with extreme joy and elation. The Fascinating Fifth Rajgita Jnan Yajna

The laabh of being the Yajman of the fifth Rajgita Jnan Yajna was taken by the Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia Raj Parivars. Devotees representing them lit the sacred lamp along with Pujya Gurudevshri.

Pujya Gurudevshri explained that the disciple voices five doubts regarding the third Fundamental Truth – The Soul is the Doer. With compassion the True Teacher nudges the disciple to contemplate that if the soul is not the doer of karma, who else is? He clarifies that neither God nor matter causes karmas to bind to the soul. Also, binding of karmas is neither the soul’s nature nor a compulsion. From the absolute viewpoint the soul’s nature is non-attached and pure, but one’s current state is not so. He concludes by explaining how the soul alone is the doer; either of its own pure state or karmas.

Based on Pujya Gurudevshri’s discourses, Atmarpit Rajuji conducted sessions in Gujarati for those who understand the concepts better in the Gujarati language.

Venerating Shri Atmasiddhi Shastra with a Pious Pujan

Commemorating 125 years of the composition of Shri Atmasiddhi Shastra on Aso Vad Ekam in V.S. 1952, a Pujan is held in the Ashram on every Vad Ekam to worship this magnum opus. On the hallowed day of Chaitra Vad Ekam, on behalf of everyone, few devotees venerated the sacred scripture through a devout pujan with very high spirits. As has been the compassionate tradition on every Vad Ekam, on this occasion too 125 animals were rescued from slaughterhouses and placed in safe animal shelters.

We bow down at the epitome of compassion and selfless love, Param Krupalu Dev and Pujya Gurudevshri, for blessing us with wisdom that is helping us in bringing an end to our transmigration!
